You can subscribe to blog via the RSS feed.

If you only want to subscribe to certain types of posts you can choose from the following:

  • Articles. Longer, original writing.
  • Posts. Also includes shorter writing and things like my thoughts on what I’ve reading on the web and in books.
  • Links. If you just want to see links to what I’ve found on the web.

And if you’re only interested in certain subjects, each one has it’s own feed. Just go to the subjects page – health, for example – and there will be a link.

The email newsletter goes out weekly and has links and summaries to everything I’ve written that week. As well as other little bits and bobs.
