Sometimes you read a tweet and think that it cannot be true it is so damning. What is happening to the UK if this is the case. Apparently we are one of the richest countries yet we leave the population in such poverty. Something is badly wrong with the running of the country.

That’s akin to someone ages ago saying they couldn’t afford light bulbs so they took the only one they had out and moved it room to room. They is a real crisis out there and misinformation like this doesn’t help anyone.

I'm really not sure what your point is here, but Iceland carry plenty of fresh food and stuff that doesn't need cooking.

Bonkers we are supposed to be the in the top 10 of wealthiest countries. People say we are judged by how we treat the poorest in society. All I can say is this government is failing on just about every measure going.

True, but in Africa they reject rice and pasta because they don't have the water to cook them in. They lobby the USA and other aid donors, Send potatoes, we can cook them in a fire.

So carrots take 15 mins in a pan with potatoes and frozen peas 2 mins in a microwave Or use a slow cooker and make stews For eight quid I’d make 5 meals, please dont tell me they don’t have it?id take you stuff Richard walker!!
